The 2022 version uses 12th Gen Intel Alder Lake CPUs with 10-core, 16-thread performance and 4.7GHz clock speed (3.5GHz base clock). This upgrade enables you to easily stream and multitask.
Graphics for the TUF Dash F15 consists of an NVIDIA RTX 3070/3060/3050Ti GPU that features 2nd generation Ray Tracing, DLSS AI-Acceleration, low latency, and NVIDIA Studio and Game Ready drivers. The GPUs also support MUX Switching enabling faster performance and lower latency.

ASUS TUF Dash F15 (2022) Hardware
Let’s run through the hardware on the TUF Dash F15.
CPU
You have a choice between less cores with higher clock speed, or more cores and lower clock speed. I think overall, you’d be better off going with the Core i7-12650H CPU as it has a fast boost frequency of 4.7GHz, and 10 physical cores with 16 threads.
- 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12650H Processor 2.3 GHz (24M Cache, up to 4.7 GHz, 10 cores, 16 threads) specs
- 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11375H Processor 3.3 GHz (12M Cache, up to 5.0 GHz, 4 cores, 8 threads) specs
- 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11370H Processor 3.3 GHz (12M Cache, up to 4.8 GHz, 4 cores, 8 threads) specs

Graphics
You have three choices of GPU for this laptop: RTX 3050 Ti, RTX 3060, and RTX 3070, and I recommend the NVIDIA RTX 3070 if you can afford it, but to be honest, they’re all really good GPUs that will handle almost anything you throw at them. You can view the specifications for these GPU at NVIDIA.
The NVIDIA RTX 30 series are an incredibly high performance series of GPUs with 2nd Gen Ray Tracing, DLSS AI-acceleration, low system latency, and come with NVIDIA Studio and Game Ready drivers. MUX switching is also supported.

Memory
You have a choice of 8GB or 16GB RAM, although it can handle up to 32GB of DDR5 4800MHz, which is exceedingly fast RAM for a laptop. I strongly recommend choosing the 16GB option if you’re intending to use it for gaming (it’s pretty much minimum for gaming nowadays).
Display & Camera
It comes with a 15.6-inch FHD 16:9 1920×1080 display that features anti-glare, sRGB:62.5%, Adobe:47.34%, Refresh Rate:144Hz, IPS-level, Adaptive-Sync, MUX Switch + Optimus.
Other variants of this model include a 1440p QHD 2K display, and a FHD 1080p running at 300Hz.
Storage
There are two choices for storage: a 512GB M.2 or a 1TB M.2 and both are NVMe PCIe 3.0 drives with a transfer speed of 7,000 MB/s, so we’re talking some serious speed for gaming. Obviously the choice between the 512GB and 1TB drives will depend on your own preference, but more storage is always a good thing. You can also install an additional NVMe M.2 drive as this laptop has two ports available.
Audio
Audio is impressive on the TUF Dash F15. It supports Dolby Atmos which defines a new level in high-end audio, uses AI Noise Cancelling technology, has Hi-Res certification, and a built-in array mic and 2-speaker system.
Network
It has a bog-standard Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port, and a Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax wireless chip with transfer speeds of up to 2.4Gbp/s when paired with a Wi-Fi router that supports Wi-Fi 6. It also has Bluetooth 5.2 Dual-Band 2*2.
I/O Ports
It has some impressive I/O connectivity including a Thunderbolt 4 port with DisplayPort support, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with up to 20Gbp/s transfer speed. It also has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port and HDMI 2.0b port.
